Take a place in Jl.Condet Raya, I try to taste typical culiner which come from Bali. Precisely, I was visited Bali Moslem Restourant.

This restaurant offering many kind of Balinese’s menu, especially Plecing’s Flavour. These menu are available in Satay Plecing, Chicken Plecing, and Kangkung’s Plecing. There is other menu beside it, but I more interest to taste this spice.

Plecing, itself, is sambal which had original taste differ with other terasi sambal or Sundanese sambal. Plecing is mixture of flavours, for example:

- Red chilli, grill
- Red cayenne, grill
- Red Onion, girll
- Kemiri, grill
- Red tomato
- Terasi, grill

Mix those flavours and attenuated, with oil and fresh lemon. It will be more plesure with hot chilli and lemon’s drop adding hot and acid taste.

Besides plecing, I order beverage which have uniquely names, Juice Beer. In reality, it is soda-water mixture, with lemon orangeade,with jelly, coconut rasp and fish eye jelly. It is quite fresh anyway

For the people of Bali who lived in Jakarta whom miss the taste of balinese food can come to this place. The price is highly reached, for the beverage is amount IDR 2,000-3,500. For food, Satay Plecing is IDR 12,000 , chicken of plecing at the price of IDR 6,000, and Plecing kangkung is around IDR 4,000 .

To go to this location is very easy. From Kampung Melayu Terminal, remain to go up Metromini, P.53, majors of Kp.Melayu-Kampung Rambutan. Fare is IDR 2,000 . In Jl. Raya Condet there’s a lot of delicious food counter, start from kinds of typical restaurant from Mid-East cookery, like Rice of Kebuli, bread of Maryam, there are also Baso Atom counter, and Martabak Kubang.
